STMicroelectronics' Range of 32-bit Secure MCUs on Show at IC
Card World Tokyo 2005
Advanced range of 32-bit secure microcontrollers with Flash and
EEPROM memories, and high-speed serial and USB connectivity, to
take center stage at Japan's premier smart card event
TOKYO, Feb. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In 2004,
STMicroelectronics delivered its 10 millionth 32-bit smart card
microcontroller (MCU) from its pioneering ST22 family. ST
demonstrated the world's first secure 32-bit MCU for smart cards in
1999 and now has an unrivalled range of 32-bit devices based around
the proprietary 32-bit SmartJTM Java-accelerated Secure RISC core.
The ST22 family is perfectly adapted to the needs of 3G mobile
applications, such as the (U)SIM cards (Universal Subscriber
Identity Modules). The ST22 MCUs have sufficient memory capacity to
store Multimedia Messaging System (MMS) data and photographic
images, coupled with the processing and
communication power to transfer
and use this data efficiently to provide advanced phonebooks and
audio-visual services. The ST22 range is also well suited for
pay-TV and IT security applications, with the full speed USB
interface allowing a host of new secure applications to be
developed.
Microprocessor Design The ST22 family provides memory ranges from 72-kbytes to
1-Mbyte, with code compatibility and advanced development tools.
The flagship ST22FJ1M has 1-Mbyte of Flash/Page Flash for high-end
USIM applications while the ST22N256, the latest member of the
family implemented in 0.15-micron technology, gives developers
256-kbytes of EEPROM memory and a fast asynchronous Serial
Interface (ASI) enabling 440-kbit/s communication speeds with
mobile or other equipment. The other members of the family provide
144-kbytes (ST22N144), 128-kbytes (ST22L128) or 72-kbytes
(ST22N072) of embedded memory allowing a complete range of advanced
SIMs to be developed efficiently. The innovative ST22T064 combines
64K of EEPROM with a full speed USB interface for increased
connectivity options.

Mama Mio operates a secure online shopping facility. We use the latest and strongest commercial technology available. Our secure sockets layer (SSL) bit encryption. This ensures that your transactions are secure and your information cannot be accessed or redirected to anyone but Mama Mio. Every time you enter sensitive information such as your credit card details or address information, an icon resembling a locked padlock will appear at the bottom of your browser window. This is an indication that the site is secure.
Gigabyte Mainboard During IC Card World Tokyo 2005, STMicroelectronics' Smartcard
ICs Division will be demonstrating three of its advanced 32-bit
Secure MCUs in addition to high-speed contactless technology. The
32-bit MCUs from the ST22 family provide high capacity memory, an
advanced java accelerated CPU and high-speed connectivity options,
essential in the age of multimedia and 3G communications. The
featured products include the ST22FJ1M with 1Mbyte of embedded
Flash memory, the ST22N256 with 256kbytes of memory, and the full
speed USB interface equipped ST22T064.
Throttle range can be configured and is fully compatible with all transmitters currently available on the market Smooth, linear and precise throttle response Separate voltage regulator IC for the microprocessor Supported motor speed (Maximum): 210000 RPM (2 poles), 70000 RPM (6 poles), 35000 RPM (12 poles) sized Program Card can be purchased separately to provide easy programming to the ESC at the field. With a program card, you can activate the music playing function on the ESC

advanced 8-bit ST19 family.
Our customers should feel confident that the personal information is transmitted over secure servers. This information is necessary to properly process your order. Our systems limit access to this information only to employees who may need it to process your order. To complete a credit card transaction, the credit card information is securely forwarded to our credit card processor for authorisation. Mama Mio.com guarantees that our customers will only pay for those items, which they have actually authorised.
Ecs Motherboard The ST19WR66, demonstrated in ePassport format, offers 66-kbytes
of highly reliable EEPROM, enabling the storage of biometric
records and
personal information for more
than 10
years; perfect for
passport/ID-type application lifecycles. The high-speed ISO14443
848-kbit/s contactless interface, combined with processing power
of the advanced 8-bit secure MCU, reduces passport
personalization and testing time and speeds up verification at
border controls.
